SATRISE Mushroom Sterilizer Autoclave of Food Round Autoclave Sterilizer

The STS-2 is designed for sterilizing mushroom substrates, food items, laboratory materials and other substrates requiring moist-heat sterilization. It is suitable for mushroom cultivation, food processing, R&D labs and commercial sterilization tasks.

Model: STS-2; Power: 30 kW; Voltage: 220 V; Capacity: 3.4 L (manufacturer-listed); Material: Carbon steel; Control system: PLC; Weight: 1500 kg; Package: Wooden export packing. Note: please confirm dimensions and capacity with the supplier as listed values appear unusual for some installations.

The unit uses a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) control system for automated, precise control of sterilization cycles and easy operator interface.

The product specification lists 30 kW power at 220 V. This is a high-power requirement and will likely need a dedicated industrial electrical supply and appropriate breakers or a three‑phase connection. Have a qualified electrician verify site power and panel capacity before installation.

The product description lists capacity as 3.4 L, but other dimensions and the 1500 kg weight suggest the spec may need confirmation. Contact the supplier to confirm actual chamber volume and recommended load per cycle for your application.

The autoclave is constructed from carbon steel. Carbon steel is durable but can be susceptible to corrosion depending on environment and cleaning agents; regular inspection, drying after use, anti-corrosion coatings or treatments and routine maintenance of gaskets, safety valves and heating elements are recommended.

Typical moist-heat sterilization for mushroom substrates is around 121°C for 15–60 minutes depending on substrate type, load size and contamination risk. Use the PLC cycle settings based on substrate and follow the manufacturer’s recommended cycle parameters.

This is an industrial-grade, high-power autoclave (30 kW, heavy). It requires appropriate electrical infrastructure, proper ventilation and safety precautions. It is intended for commercial or laboratory environments. Professional installation and operator training are recommended.

Installation should be performed by qualified technicians: verify electrical supply and grounding, ensure adequate floor support for the unit weight, connect utilities as specified by the supplier, calibrate PLC controls, and run initial validation/empty cycles to confirm safe operation.

Before each use check that safety valves and pressure gauges are functioning, door/lid locking mechanisms engage correctly, gaskets are intact, water levels are sufficient, and the control panel shows no fault codes. Never open the chamber until pressure and temperature are safely reduced and indicated as safe.

Regularly clean chamber interiors with mild, non-abrasive cleaners, remove residue from trays, inspect and lubricate door seals/gaskets per manufacturer guidance, test safety valves periodically, and schedule professional servicing for heating elements, PLC diagnostics and pressure system maintenance.

Common spare parts include gaskets/seals, safety valves, pressure gauges, heating elements and PLC components. Check with the supplier for availability, part numbers and lead times; maintain a stock of critical consumables for minimal downtime.

The autoclave is supplied in wooden packing prepared to export standard. For international shipments, confirm packaging, crating details, and any additional protective measures required for transport.

The listed supply ability is 500 pieces per month. Warranty and after-sales support are not specified in the provided description—contact the supplier or distributor to confirm warranty terms, commissioning support, operator training and service agreements.
