The S10 Series Automatic TIJ Coding Printer with Adjustable Speed Conveyor is an integrated industrial coding and material-handling solution designed for automated product marking, packaging, assembly and production-line applications. The system combines an S10 Series Thermal Inkjet (TIJ) printer with an automatic adjustable-speed belt conveyor, allowing products to be continuously transported and accurately positioned for printing.

The S10 Series printer is equipped with an aluminium print head, NPN normally-open photoelectric sensor, 16V–3A power adapter and ink cartridge. The photoelectric sensor detects products as they pass through the printing area, allowing the printing process to be coordinated with product movement.

The conveyor features a 1,500 mm-long belt with a 190 mm belt width, an overall width of 250 mm, and a working height of 750 mm. Its adjustable speed range of 5–60 m/min allows operators to synchronize the conveyor with the printer and other production-line equipment.

This combined system is suitable for businesses looking to automate date coding, batch marking, product identification and packaging-line operations while reducing manual handling and improving production efficiency.
