RVM -Reverse Vending Machine for Plastic Water Bottle and Aluminum Can Rewards for Recycling

The RVM is a smart, eco-friendly reverse vending machine by RECYCLE STATION (Model L88) that accepts plastic water bottles and aluminum cans and issues rewards to encourage recycling.

It is designed for single beverage containers — primarily plastic water bottles and aluminum cans. The system uses image processing and color recognition to identify acceptable items and will reject non-compatible objects.

The RVM processes up to 40 bottles or cans per minute (up to approximately 2,400 items per hour) under optimal conditions.

The machine can be configured to issue printed vouchers or coupons, display/print QR codes, or integrate with digital loyalty platforms and cashless payment/credit systems. Reward options are customizable to site requirements.

Power supply: 3 ~ 400 V / 50 Hz. Power consumption: about 180 W at full load and about 100 W in standby. A stable mains connection meeting these specifications and a level mounting location are required for installation.

The unit supports extensive data capture and storage (described as almost unlimited). It can log transaction, container and usage data and supports export or network integration for remote monitoring and reporting.

The RVM is built for durable, long-lasting use. Routine maintenance (cleaning, emptying collection bins, software updates) is recommended on a regular schedule; exact intervals depend on usage levels. Manufacturer support and service plans are available.

Ideal locations include public parks, shopping malls, schools, community events, festivals, and transportation hubs such as airports and train stations.

Collected containers are stored in the machine’s internal collection area until they are picked up and transported to recycling facilities as part of your local recycling logistics.

The RVM is optimized for plastic water bottles and aluminum cans. It is not designed to process glass bottles or beverage cartons; such items may be rejected by the recognition system.
