RTRY-350 Automatic 8 Color Flexo Label Printing Press Machine

The RTRY-350 is an in-line flexographic printing press designed for high-speed, multicolor label and packaging production. It supports up to 8 colors and is built for printing on flexible substrates such as paper and aluminum foil.

The machine is suitable for a variety of flexible materials including paper, aluminum foil, paper cups and similar substrates. For specific substrate thicknesses or specialty materials, consult the supplier to confirm compatibility.

The RTRY-350 supports a maximum print dimension (web width) of 350 mm.

The maximum line speed is 120 meters per minute. Actual throughput depends on job length, number of stops, drying requirements and operator setup time.

The machine operates on 380V (three-phase). Ensure your facility electrical supply and protective devices meet local electrical codes and the machine's specifications.

Overall dimensions are approximately 2.0 m (L) x 1.1 m (W) x 2.1 m (H), and the machine weight is about 2000 kg.

It uses flexographic (flexo) printing technology in an in-line configuration, enabling high-speed, multi-station color printing suitable for labels and flexible packaging.

'8 color' means the press has up to eight printing stations for separate ink colors, allowing rich, multicolor designs and better color matching. Print quality depends on plate quality, inks, registration and substrate; the machine is designed to deliver vibrant, high-quality labels when properly set up.

The press is described as automatic grade for easier operation. Typical automatic features on such machines may include automated web tension control, registration assist and simplified roll handling—confirm exact automation features with the supplier.

Typical consumables include flexo plates, inks (water-based, solvent or UV depending on the press/options), anilox rollers, adhesive tapes and replacement parts (doctor blades, bearings, etc.). Ask your supplier for a recommended consumables list for the RTRY-350.

Routine maintenance includes daily cleaning of print stations and rollers, regular lubrication of moving parts, periodic inspection of registration components and timely replacement of consumables. Follow the manufacturer's maintenance schedule and safety procedures.

The product listing indicates video technical support is available. For on-site installation, training, spare parts and warranty details, contact the manufacturer or distributor directly.

The base specification lists an in-line printing structure. Optional in-line finishing modules are commonly available for flexo presses, but availability and compatibility should be confirmed with the supplier as optional add-ons.

Output depends on web speed (max 120 m/min) and label length. Calculate linear meters per hour (120 m/min × 60 = 7,200 m/hr) then divide by label length (in meters) to estimate units per hour. Account for changeovers and stopping time for a realistic production rate.

Contact the machine supplier or manufacturer directly for details on spare parts availability, training packages, installation services and warranty terms. They can provide region-specific support options and service agreements.
