Rotor Shotcrete Concrete Machine User Friendly Design PZ-6 Dry Shotcrete Machine

The PZ-6 is a dry mix rotor shotcrete concrete machine designed to spray dry concrete/consolidated aggregates by adding water at the nozzle for shotcreting applications.

Key specs: max conveying distance 200 m, max aggregate size 15 mm, hose inner diameter 20 mm, air consumption 8–10 m3/min, operating air pressure 0.2–0.4 MPa, motor power 7.5 kW, rated voltage 380 V, weight 600 kg, dimensions 1520×900×1200 mm.

Use an industrial compressor capable of delivering a stable 8–10 m3/min at 0.2–0.4 MPa (plus a safety margin). A compressor rated slightly above these values is recommended to ensure reliable continuous operation.

The PZ-6 handles dry shotcrete mixes with aggregate up to 15 mm maximum. Use well-graded, dry-mixed cement-sand-aggregate formulations recommended for dry shotcrete applications.

Maximum conveying distance is 200 meters, measured along the hose run under typical operating conditions. Actual range can vary with mix density, hose layout, and air supply.

The machine specification lists a hose inner diameter of 20 mm. Use hoses compatible with shotcrete service and rated for the stated length and pressure.

Water is added at or near the nozzle during spraying. The recommended water–cement ratio is approximately 0.40–0.45 to achieve proper workability and adhesion when using the PZ-6.

Yes. The PZ-6 is commonly used for tunneling, underground works, slope stabilization, repair and reinforcement of structures, and mining applications.

The PZ-6 is rated for 380 V and requires a three-phase power supply. Motor power is specified as 7.5 kW—ensure your site electrical supply matches these requirements.

Operators should wear respirators/dust masks, eye protection, hearing protection, gloves, and protective clothing. Ensure proper ventilation in confined spaces, secure hoses and fittings, and follow lockout/tagout procedures for maintenance.

The PZ-6 weighs 600 kg and measures 1520 mm (L) × 900 mm (W) × 1200 mm (H). Plan lifting and transport equipment accordingly.

Regular maintenance includes cleaning the hopper and pressure vessel after each use, inspecting and replacing worn hoses and nozzles, checking bearings and motor lubrication, monitoring air seals and valves, and following the manufacturer's service intervals.

The product listing indicates 24-hour online service is available. Core components include the motor and pressure vessel; contact the BE-Focus supplier for spare parts, service, and warranty details.

Yes. The PZ-6 is designed for flexibility and efficiency, making it suitable for a range of job sizes from localized repairs to larger shotcreting tasks, provided site utilities (air, water, power) meet the machine’s requirements.
