Roof Shape Carton Box Filling Packing Machine for Juice Milk Production Line

It is a semi-automatic machine designed to fill and pack beverages (juice, milk, beer, water) into roof-shaped paper cartons, suitable for beverage production lines that need accurate, high-quality carton packaging.

The machine has an approximate capacity of 1000 cartons per hour (BPH) and a reported filling accuracy of 99%.

This model is semi-automatic — operator intervention is required for tasks such as placing cartons, initiating cycles, and some changeovers, while filling and packing operations are mechanized.

The machine is electrically driven and requires a 380V/50Hz electrical supply. Confirm local electrical compatibility and power connections with your electrician or the supplier.

It is intended for paper cartons with a roof (gable) shape commonly used in beverage packaging. Standard carton sizes are adjustable, but specific size range and tooling should be confirmed with the supplier for your carton dimensions.

The machine is suitable for a range of liquid beverages including juice, milk, water and beer. For viscous or particulate-filled liquids, please confirm suitability and any needed modifications.

Product-contact parts are typically made from food-grade materials (such as stainless steel) and designed for hygienic cleaning. Ask the supplier for the exact grade (SS304/SS316) and cleaning procedures to meet your food-safety requirements.

Regular cleaning of product-contact surfaces, daily washdown and periodic inspection of seals, valves and moving parts are recommended. Follow the manufacturer's maintenance schedule for lubrication, part replacement and calibration to maintain 99% filling accuracy.

Yes — the machine can be integrated with upstream fillers, conveyors and downstream case/carton conveyors. Integration details (mechanical interfaces, electrical control signals) should be coordinated with your line integrator and the supplier.

Changeover time depends on the number of adjustments and tooling required. Simple size adjustments may take minutes; full tooling changes can take longer. Ask the supplier for estimated changeover times for your specific carton formats.

Suppliers typically provide spare parts, installation support and operator training (onsite or remote). Confirm warranty terms, spare-parts availability and training scope with the vendor (brand: KOYOS).

Certifications vary by unit and market. Common certifications include CE and compliance with food-contact material standards. Request specific certificates and test reports from the supplier for regulatory compliance in your market.

The single package dimensions are listed as 40 x 50 x 60 cm with a gross weight of 50 kg. Confirm packing method and number of crates for complete shipments and any special transport requirements.

Contact the supplier or distributor (KOYOS) with your required specifications (product type, carton sizes, production rate, location). They will provide quotation, lead time, shipping options and terms. Lead time varies by order size and customization level.
