The 1800-220PT2 Heat Transfer Roller Machine is designed to transfer printed images from sublimation paper to fabric. Its 1820mm blanket width supports large-format textile heat transfer work, while the 220mm hot roll provides a maximum operating temperature of 230°C.
The machine uses infrared quartz heating tubes with 7500W heating power and a heating time of approximately 25 minutes. Variable frequency speed control allows the transfer speed to be adjusted from 0.3 to 1m/min. The reel handling configuration includes two unwinding and two winding positions.
Operating at a rated voltage of 220V and rated current of 35A, the machine has a main engine size of 2300 × 500 × 1200mm. It is supplied with a 750 × 1900 × 900mm platform. The machine’s gross weight is 350kg, and its wooden shipping case measures 2400 × 700 × 1350mm.
