A typical workflow is: raw material grinding → batching and mixing → conditioning → pelleting → cooling → screening → packing. Optional drying or additional processing steps can be added per your formula.

Pellet quality is controlled through proper grinding, accurate mixing, correct conditioning (moisture and temperature control), and the pellet die design. RICHI's design produces dense, uniform pellets when operated with recommended recipes and parameters.

Voltage and electrical supply are customizable to match local standards. Exact site requirements (foundation, power, space, and utilities) will be provided after confirming the machine capacity and layout.

Noise and energy usage depend on the selected capacity and auxiliary equipment. The use of a Siemens motor and optimized design improves energy efficiency and reliability; request detailed consumption and noise data for your specified configuration.

Contact RICHI sales with your desired capacity, pellet size, raw materials, and any required auxiliary equipment. Pricing and lead time depend on customization level and order quantity; sales will provide a tailored quotation and delivery schedule.
