The sawdust machine is mainly used to pulverize wood chips and turn the wood chips into wood sawdust. Make it suitable for pellets.
The optimum moisture content for granulation is 13-15%. The dryer reduces the wood sawdust moisture from 50% to 10-17%.
Biomass pellets suitable for the production of various biomass feedstocks. It adopts high-precision gear transmission mechanism and is equipped with a forced feeding device to ensure the smooth operation of the machine. The core component ring die, using 42CrMo.
The cooling system immediately cools the biomass pellets to room temperature.
When the pellets come out of the pellet mill, the temperature will be around 70°C, and then the hardness of the pellets will become stronger through the instantaneous cooling action of the cooler. Thereby obtaining better hardness and strength.
An automatic packaging system is used to package the final wood pellets. Pack the qualified pellets from 10kg/100kg or 1 ton into a plastic bag, and then sew with a thermoplastic sealing machine to make the pellets dry and waterproof. Extend the storage time of wood pellets.
