Remote Control Wireless Water Spraying Sprayer Machine Robot Sprayer Orchard Spray Machine

The SALONI SA-YKDYJ-400 is a remote-controlled, wireless robot sprayer designed for orchards, vineyards, nurseries and large gardens. It combines an engine, motor and pump with a 400L water tank and tracked chassis to automate watering, fertilizing and pesticide applications.

Key specs include brand SALONI, model SA-YKDYJ-400, weight 515 kg, water tank capacity 400 L, track width 18 cm, track grounding length 135 cm, and core components: engine, motor and pump. A machinery test report is provided with the unit.

The machine is driven by an onboard engine together with an electric motor and pump. Fuel type (gasoline or diesel) and battery details are model-specific — consult the product label or user manual or contact the seller for the exact fuel/battery specification.

Wireless remote range can vary by region and configuration. The unit supports remote operation, but the exact effective range is specified in the user manual or by the manufacturer — contact SALONI or your supplier for the precise range for this model.

Tank duration depends on nozzle flow rate and spray settings. For example: at 4 L/min the 400 L tank lasts about 100 minutes; at 40 L/min it lasts about 10 minutes. Your actual runtime will vary with nozzle selection, pressure and application rate.

The machine can spray water, liquid fertilizers and many agricultural pesticides. Always check chemical compatibility with the pump, hoses and tank, follow label instructions for dilution, and thoroughly rinse the system after applying corrosive or sticky formulations.

The tracked design and 135 cm grounding length improve stability for orchards and fields, but safe slope limits depend on soil, load and specific conditions. Refer to the operator manual for maximum recommended slope angles and perform a site assessment before use.

Regular maintenance includes: cleaning the tank and nozzles after each use, inspecting and cleaning filters, checking pump seals and hoses, changing engine oil and filters per the engine manual, inspecting tracks for wear, and storing the machine drained and protected in winter. Follow the manufacturer's maintenance schedule.

Weight is about 515 kg, so use an appropriate trailer or lift for transport and secure the machine. For storage: drain or safely remove liquids, clean the tank and lines, protect from frost and UV, and store under cover. Follow any transport securing instructions in the manual.

Spare parts and service are typically available through SALONI or authorized dealers. Contact the seller or manufacturer for parts lists, service centers and recommended spare items (nozzles, filters, belts, seals). Keep the machinery test report and serial number handy when requesting parts or service.

Wear appropriate PPE (gloves, goggles, respirator) when handling chemicals. Operate the machine with clear line-of-sight or according to the remote operation guidelines, avoid spraying in high winds or near people/animals, secure controls during transport, and comply with local pesticide application regulations.

Assembly requirements vary. Some units arrive largely assembled while others may require installing the remote, connecting hoses, or mounting accessories. The seller will specify packing condition — check with the supplier and follow the included assembly/installation instructions.

A machinery test report is provided with the unit. Warranty terms are not listed in the basic description — contact SALONI or your vendor for specific warranty coverage, duration and terms.

Basic safe operation: perform pre-start checks (fluid levels, hoses, nozzles, tracks), power on the engine/motor per the manual, pair or enable the remote control, test movement and spray functions at low speed without load, select appropriate spray settings, and always maintain a safe distance from people and obstacles while operating remotely.

Yes — it is suitable for watering, pesticide application and liquid fertilizer spraying in orchards, vineyards, nurseries and large gardens. Ensure chemical compatibility, use correct dilution and nozzle selection, and adhere to safety and regulatory requirements for pesticide and fertilizer applications.
