Remote Control Pesticide Fog Machine Agriculture Sprayer Orchard Self-propelled Sprayer

It is a self-propelled agricultural sprayer designed to apply pesticides, insecticides and disinfectants across orchards, farms and other large outdoor areas using a fogging/misting spray method for wide and even coverage.

The machine is operated via a handheld remote control that typically lets you start/stop the engine, engage or disengage propulsion, turn spraying on/off and adjust basic spray settings. Exact remote functions and control range should be confirmed with the supplier.

Yes — it features a crawler (tracked) self-propelled design that improves traction and maneuverability on slopes, soft ground and uneven orchard terrain compared with wheeled units.

Core components include an engine and a pump. The unit is built for durability and long service life; a machinery test report and video outgoing inspection are provided to demonstrate quality and operation before shipment.

The listed weight is approximately 1000 kg. Although robust, the tracked self-propelled design prioritizes maneuverability in fields; shipping and handling require appropriate equipment due to its mass.

The product is a pump-type sprayer and includes an engine as a core component. Specific pump model and engine fuel/type vary by configuration — contact the manufacturer or dealer for exact specifications on the unit you intend to buy.

As a fogging machine it produces fine droplets for broad coverage and canopy penetration. Exact coverage width, droplet size distribution and effective range depend on nozzle selection, pump pressure and machine settings; ask the supplier for test data for a specific model.

Yes — it can be used for large-area disinfection in addition to pesticide application, provided the disinfectant is compatible with the pump, hoses and nozzles. Always follow chemical manufacturer guidelines and local regulations.

Regular maintenance includes cleaning the tank and nozzles after use, checking and replacing filters, inspecting hoses and connections for wear, routine engine service (oil, air filter, fuel system) and pump inspection. Follow the manufacturer's maintenance schedule for best results.

Wear appropriate PPE (gloves, goggles, respirator/mask and protective clothing) when handling chemicals and operating the sprayer. Do not operate near people, livestock or sensitive crops while spraying. Follow label directions for the pesticides/disinfectants used and observe wind and weather conditions.

Yes — the product listing indicates a machinery test report and video outgoing inspection are provided. Ask the seller to include copies with the purchase or to provide digital files prior to shipment.

Warranty terms and after-sales support vary by seller and region. Contact the dealer or manufacturer (brand BAOYU) for details on warranty length, coverage, spare parts availability and authorized service centers.

Many manufacturers offer configurable options such as different nozzles, pump pressures, tank sizes and remote control features to suit specific crops or spraying tasks. Discuss your requirements with the supplier to arrange suitable customization.

Due to its weight and dimensions, freight shipping via flatbed truck or container (depending on size) is required. Secure the machine properly and coordinate with freight carriers experienced with agricultural machinery. The seller can often help arrange logistics.

Contact the manufacturer or your authorized dealer for full technical specifications and datasheets. The listing provides some general attributes but exact specs (tank capacity, spray coverage diameter, remote-control range and detailed engine/pump models) should be confirmed for the specific unit you intend to purchase.
