REALTOP CNC cutting machine uses a high-precision digital cutting system, which can realize full size cutting, kiss cutting, slot milling, punching, inkjet, drawing marking and other functions; the tool head has a full range of types: oscillating knife, pneumatic knife, high-power vibrating knife, circular knife , V cutting knife, drag knife, creasing wheel, dotted line knife, punching, brush, etc.; visual positioning includes: small CCD camera mark point positioning, panoramic camera recognition positioning, projection positioning, etc.The machine adopts blade physical cutting, the cutting section is straight and tidy, no burr, no air pollution, no burnt edge, no fluffy, no discoloration, and the cutting speed is 3-5 times faster than the laser cutting machine.The type of cutter can be adjusted to cut in different ways depending on the thickness of the material.

1. High-precision servo motor, optional Delta or Panasonic brand, waterproof protection level IP67, multi-functional real-time automatic gain adjustment; with super strong vibration suppression function.

2. The whole machine is welded with thick-walled seamless steel structure and treated with high-temperature tempering. It is finished by CNC machining center to ensure high precision, no deformation and long service life.

3. Magnesium-aluminum alloy vacuum adsorption table, after fluorocarbon PVDF powder spraying, anodic oxidation, hard oxidation and other processes, durable and non-deformable, high flatness, uniform suction, the same power fan suction increased by 30% 

4. The vacuum adsorption pump adopts an integrated aviation aluminum shell, which is fire-proof, corrosion-resistant, and rust-free. The tube has a built-in silencer sponge, which is cushioning and noise-reducing, and reduces noise by 35%.

5. Equipped with infrared induction blocking, anti-collision and emergency stop devices to ensure safety. The cutting area has an intelligent infrared sensor stop function. If there is an obstacle or the hand reaches in during the processing, the machine will automatically pause to ensure safety; there are anti-collision functions on both sides of the beam, and the collision will stop to ensure safety; in addition, the equipment is equipped with an emergency stop. button, and continue cutting in situ after emergency stop.
