The QT4-45 Block Machine is designed for producing concrete blocks in a range of sizes by changing the mould. Its host machine measures 1350 x 1460 x 1800 mm and has a stated total machine power of 17.4 kW. The machine operates with a 40-second moulding cycle and delivers a vibration force of 30 kN.
The quoted configuration uses 850 x 450 x 25 mm pallets and supports 380 V, 415 V or 440 V power supplies. A workshop area of 60 m² is specified. The supplier quotation lists 390 x 140 x 190 mm, 290 x 90 x 140 mm and 210 x 100 x 70 mm block moulds, while additional hollow, solid and paver moulds are available as optional items.
Theoretical output depends on the selected block size:
- 400 x 200 x 200 mm: 280–360 pieces per hour
- 400 x 100 x 200 mm: 500–630 pieces per hour
- 400 x 150 x 200 mm: 360–450 pieces per hour
- 400 x 250 x 200 mm: 220–270 pieces per hour
Optional supporting equipment listed by the supplier includes a JQ350 concrete mixer and a 6000 mm belt conveyor.
