The QT4-16 Automatic Hydraulic Block Making Machine & Production Line is a high-efficiency concrete block manufacturing system designed for the automated production of hollow concrete blocks, solid blocks and paving stones. The system combines a hydraulic block-forming machine, automatic material feeding, concrete mixing, pallet handling and automatic stacking to create an integrated production solution.

The QT4-16 uses an advanced PLC control system for automated operation and a 16 MPa hydraulic system to provide high compaction pressure, helping produce dense, durable and accurately formed concrete products. Interchangeable moulds allow the production line to manufacture different block and paver sizes according to the required application.

With a moulding cycle of approximately 15–25 seconds, the system is designed for high-volume commercial block production while reducing manual material handling and labour requirements.
