PYD Life A3 XP600 Dtf Printer Automatic DTF Printing Machine T Shirt DTF Printer for Clothes With Oven and Purifier

The PYD Life A3 XP600 is an automatic DTF (Direct-to-Film) flatbed printer designed for high-quality, full-color transfers onto apparel and other textiles. It includes an Epson XP600 printhead, an integrated oven for curing, and an air purifier for a safer workspace.

This model is built for A3-format printing (approx. 297 × 420 mm). As a flatbed printer it can handle A3-sized films and is suitable for producing individual garments or small runs. Actual printable area may be slightly smaller—check the vendor for the exact printable dimensions.

The printer uses an Epson XP600 printhead. It is designed to work with DTF (pigment) inks formulated for direct-to-film printing. Use only recommended DTF inks and consumables—do not use sublimation inks unless explicitly supported.

Common consumables include DTF ink cartridges, PET transfer film, hot-melt adhesive powder, cleaning solution for maintenance, and replacement parts such as maintenance cassettes or dampers. The oven and purifier do not replace consumables needed for printing.

Both are included. The oven is used to cure/melt the hot-melt powder on the printed film so the transfer can be heat-pressed to fabric. The purifier helps filter fumes and particulates from printing and curing to improve air quality in the workspace.

Typical DTF workflow: print the design on PET film, apply hot-melt powder, use the included oven to melt/cure the powder onto the film, then transfer the print to the garment using a heat press. Exact temperature, pressure and dwell time depend on ink, powder and garment—follow the manufacturer's process guidelines.

The printer ships with '30 DTF' printer software (as specified). For system and connectivity details (USB, network, supported OS, drivers), check the user manual or confirm with the seller because exact interface options may vary.

Voltage: 110V–220V (compatible with both ranges). Power consumption is listed at 300W. Always verify local voltage and grounding requirements before installation.

DTF works on a wide range of textiles, including cotton, polyester, cotton/poly blends, leather and some non-woven fabrics. Typical applications include custom T-shirts, event apparel, small business runs, sports uniforms and hobby projects.

Perform regular printhead cleaning cycles, use manufacturer-recommended cleaning solutions, run nozzle checks, keep the platen and film path free of debris, and maintain the oven and purifier per the provided maintenance schedule. Store inks and films per supplier recommendations to avoid clogs.

Dimensions: 100 × 86.5 × 52.5 cm (L × W × H). Weight: 37 kg. Packaging is wooden for protection during shipping.

The product is shipped in wooden packaging to protect the machine during transit. Always inspect the package on arrival and report any shipping damage to the seller immediately.

Print quality depends on the XP600 printhead, the inks and the chosen resolution settings—this model is intended for vibrant, high-quality prints. Print speed varies with resolution and software settings; consult the supplier for sample prints or benchmark data specific to your configuration.

The listing does not specify warranty or included training. Contact the seller or distributor to confirm installation assistance, training options, warranty coverage and local after-sales support before purchase.

Order replacement inks, PET film, hot-melt powder and maintenance parts from the manufacturer, authorized dealers or recommended suppliers. Always use approved consumables to maintain print quality and reduce risk of printhead damage.
