The extremely fast cooling speed is about 30 times faster than that of the compressor, allowing food to quickly pass through the maximum ice crystal growth zone from 0°C to -5°C, preventing ice crystals from piercing the cell wall and reducing the outflow of juice. Maximize the preservation of food flavor and nutrition
