Professional 800Ton Heavy Hydraulic Steel Wire Rope Press Machine

Hydraulic Steel Wire Rope Swaging Machine – High Efficiency & Durable Design

Introduction

The Hydraulic Steel Wire Rope Swaging Machine, developed independently by SOV, features an advanced, compact design with excellent performance. Engineered with high-quality alloy steel for durability, this machine operates using hydraulic power, ensuring stable operation, low noise, and high efficiency. It uses non-cutting shape technology to preserve the strength of the wire, forming the steel wire rope through friction between the wires to achieve optimal results.

Key Features

Advanced Technology Manufacturing:

• Developed with aesthetic aircraft design and advanced hydraulic technology for optimal performance.

Durable Construction:

• The main body is made from high-quality alloy steel, ensuring a long-lasting and robust machine.

Hydraulic Power Operation:

• Operated with hydraulic power for smooth, efficient performance, ensuring low noise and high efficiency during use.

Non-Cutting Technology:

• The machine uses non-cutting shape technology, which does not destroy the wire’s strength. This allows for better flow of soft metals into the mold cavity and achieves tight swaging through friction.

Cold Processing Technology:

• The swaging process is a cold working technology, which reduces the damage to the rope compared to traditional methods, enhancing the rope’s strength and quality.

High Strength and Corrosion Resistance:

• The finished steel wire rope has excellent strength, a beautiful swaging appearance, and resistance to corrosion.

Cost-Efficient and Precise:

• The machine ensures accurate length and high production efficiency while saving on material costs.

Field Applications

The Hydraulic Steel Wire Rope Swaging Machine is widely used in industries such as:

• Steel
• Shipbuilding
• Power plants
• Ports
• Transportation
• Construction
• And others.

It replaces traditional plug and weave techniques in steel wire rope slings, reducing damage to the rope and ensuring a superior finish.
