Press Metal Scrap Recycle Machine Aluminum Shavings High Metal Equipment

It is designed to recycle aluminum shavings and similar light non‑ferrous metal scraps by compressing them into compact briquettes/blocks for easier storage, transport and remelting, improving recovery rates and reducing waste.

Rated capacity is 600–1200 kg/hour. Actual throughput varies with material density, moisture content, feeding consistency and operator settings.

Standard power is 30 kW. Voltage options include 220V, 380V, 415V, 440V or customized voltages to match local supply.

The processing diameter is specified as 5 cm. For best performance, feed particle sizes should not exceed this and any large foreign objects (hard metal, tooling) should be removed before feeding.

The machine uses a hydraulic cylinder press method and includes PLC control for automatic operation and process repeatability.

The machine produces compacted briquettes/blocks (bales) of metal shavings suitable for handling, storage and direct charging into melting furnaces.

Core components include PLC, engine, bearings, gearbox and motor. Quality assurance includes video outgoing inspection and a comprehensive machinery test report supplied with each unit.

Yes — it is CE certified and equipped with standard safety features such as emergency stop, electrical interlocks and overload protection. Specific safety options can be confirmed with the manufacturer.

Machine weight is approximately 7,500 kg. Installation typically requires a reinforced concrete foundation, appropriate lifting equipment (crane/forklift) and a qualified electrician for power connection and grounding. Exact footprint and mounting details are provided by the supplier.

Routine maintenance includes daily visual checks, lubrication, inspection of hydraulic seals and bearings, and scheduled hydraulic oil replacement (commonly every 3–6 months depending on workload). Online support is provided; spare parts and on‑site service can be arranged through the supplier.

It is optimized for aluminum shavings and other light, non‑ferrous turnings (e.g., copper, brass). Heavier ferrous scrap or mixed contaminated streams may require different equipment or pre‑sorting—consult the supplier with sample material.

Yes. Color, voltage, and certain machine features can be customized to customer requirements. Contact sales to discuss specific customization needs and pricing.

Because the machine is heavy, it is shipped on a crate or skid and typically requires a crane or heavy forklift for unloading. Exact shipping dimensions, packaging method and handling instructions will be provided per order.

Online support is included. Warranty terms and any available on‑site commissioning, operator training or spare parts packages vary by supplier and order—contact the manufacturer or dealer for detailed warranty and service agreements.

To obtain a quote, provide the required voltage, desired capacity, material type and any customization requests to the supplier. Lead time depends on order specifics and current production schedules—contact sales for current delivery estimates and ordering process.
