Premium Modified Body Kit For Toyota RAV-4 2016-2019

This body kit is designed for the Toyota RAV4 model years 2016–2019 (XA40 generation). Confirm fitment with your seller and provide your vehicle's exact year and trim to ensure compatibility.

The kit is made from polypropylene (PP), a common automotive plastic that is lightweight, flexible, impact resistant, and paintable.

Standard contents are front bumper, rear bumper, side skirts, and fenders. The description lists "etc.", so check the specific seller listing for any additional pieces (grilles, trim, brackets) before buying.

Most aftermarket PP kits are shipped unpainted or primed and require sanding, priming, and professional painting to match your vehicle's color. Confirm the finish with the seller.

In many cases OEM clips, screws, or brackets are not included or only partly included. Verify with the vendor whether fasteners, reinforcement brackets, or sensor housings are supplied.

Some body kits require minor trimming, drilling, or modification to achieve correct fitment. Professional installation by a body shop is recommended to avoid fitment issues and ensure proper alignment.

Professional installation (including paint) usually takes 1–3 days depending on the shop workload. Actual fitment work alone can take several hours to a full day; painting and curing extend the overall timeline.

Aftermarket bumpers may require relocation or transfer of OEM sensors, brackets, or camera modules. Adaptive cruise/radar units and parking sensors may need special mounting or recalibration—check compatibility and plan for sensor transfer.

Compatibility can vary by trim due to different bumper shapes, fog light locations, or sensor configurations. Confirm with the seller and provide your vehicle's trim level to ensure proper fitment.

Cosmetic aftermarket parts typically do not void factory warranties for unrelated systems, but improper installation that causes damage could affect coverage. Notify your insurer about major aftermarket modifications; policies vary.

PP is flexible and resistant to minor impacts and cracking. Maintain painted surfaces with regular washing and waxing; avoid strong solvents and harsh polishers that can damage paint.

Use your vehicle's OEM paint code (usually on a door jamb or VIN sticker) and have a professional body shop mix and spray for the best color match. Expect slight differences due to texture and refinishing.

Basic hand tools and automotive trim tools may be sufficient for minor installations, but achieving proper fitment, alignment, and finish usually requires professional bodywork skills and equipment.

Large body kits are shipped in heavy boxes/crates and may incur higher shipping costs or longer lead times. Confirm packaging, freight options, and estimated delivery time with the seller before purchase.

Warranty and return policies vary by manufacturer and seller. Check the product listing or contact the vendor for details on warranty length, what is covered (e.g., defects, breakage in transit), and the returns process.
