The MTR-80EP Three-Roll Mill is designed for precision grinding, dispersing, mixing and refining materials into a fine and uniform consistency. It uses three high-precision zirconia ceramic rollers to process materials through controlled roller spacing, pressure and rotational speed.
The machine features 80 mm diameter ceramic rollers with a 200 mm working length, offering high processing precision with roller concentricity and straightness of less than 2 μm and planeness of less than 0.3 μm.
Equipped with an external touchscreen control system and manual adjustment knob, the MTR-80EP allows operators to control roller speed, spacing and operating modes. Its adjustable ceramic roller spacing ranges from 1–120 μm, while the stepless speed control operates between 50 and 500 RPM.
The machine also incorporates pressure monitoring, automatic gap calibration and an integrated temperature control system with a refrigeration unit to help maintain stable operating conditions during processing.
