Portable 448khz Cet Ret Tecar Physical Therapy Physiotherapy Machine 3 in 1 Monopolar Rf Diathermy Tecarterapia Beauty Device

This is a compact, plug‑powered 3‑in‑1 monopolar RF diathermy device (brand: Sokingbeauty, model: tecar plus) designed for physiotherapy and beauty uses. It delivers 448 kHz energy for CET/RET (capacitive/resistive) tecar treatments to support pain relief, muscle relaxation, circulation and recovery.

CET (capacitive) and RET (resistive) are two tecar therapy modes that deliver radiofrequency energy differently: capacitive targets more superficial tissues, resistive reaches deeper structures. 'Tecar' (transfer of energy capacitive/resistive) is a form of non‑invasive diathermy used to produce therapeutic heating in tissues.

The 3‑in‑1 designation refers to combined treatment options—typically capacitive mode, resistive mode and monopolar RF diathermy or an additional program—allowing practitioners to select different delivery styles and tissue depths for varied therapeutic goals.

448 kHz is the operating radiofrequency used to generate therapeutic deep and superficial heating effects. This frequency is commonly used in tecar/diathermy devices to promote local circulation, reduce muscle tension and assist soft tissue recovery when applied appropriately.

The unit is CE‑marked and classified as a Class I instrument, indicating compliance with applicable safety standards. However, safe use depends on following the user manual, trained technique, proper contraindication screening and manufacturer instructions.

The device is suitable for professional therapists and trained home users. Home use should only be undertaken after reading the manual and receiving appropriate instruction. For specific medical conditions consult a healthcare professional before use.

Contraindications typically include: implanted electronic devices (e.g., pacemakers), pregnancy (especially abdominal/pelvic), active malignant tumors, active infection or open wounds in the treatment area, deep vein thrombosis, uncontrolled bleeding disorders and certain cardiac conditions. Always screen clients/patients and follow the manufacturer’s contraindication list and seek medical advice when in doubt.

General steps: read the user manual; inspect device and accessories; cleanse skin; apply conductive gel if recommended; select mode and set intensity; move the applicator continuously over the treatment area; monitor patient comfort. Exact parameters (time, intensity, technique) should follow the device manual or a clinician’s protocol.

Typical sessions range from about 10–20 minutes per area, with frequency often set to 1–3 times per week depending on the condition and protocol. Follow the manufacturer’s guidelines or a treating clinician’s recommendations.

Common applications include temporary relief of muscle pain and soreness, improving local blood circulation, supporting recovery from sports injuries, promoting relaxation and aiding certain skin rejuvenation procedures. Results vary by condition and treatment protocol.

Most users feel warmth and mild tingling or a comforting deep heat sensation. It should not be painful—if the patient experiences sharp pain, burning or excessive discomfort, stop treatment immediately and reassess settings and technique.

The unit is plug‑powered. Specific voltage and plug type can vary by region and SKU—check the product listing, label or user manual for the supported mains voltage and whether a region‑specific plug or adapter is required.

Package contents vary by seller; commonly included items are handpieces/applicators, power cord and basic leads or return electrode for monopolar use. For exact contents and availability of replacement probes, cables or consumables, check the seller’s product listing or contact the manufacturer/seller.

Always unplug before cleaning. Wipe the device and handpieces with a soft, damp cloth and a mild disinfectant recommended by the manufacturer. Do not immerse in liquid, avoid harsh solvents and regularly inspect cables and connectors for damage. Store in a dry, dust‑free place.

The device is CE‑certified. Warranty length and terms are not specified here and typically vary by seller or distributor—check the product listing or contact the seller/manufacturer to confirm warranty coverage, service options and after‑sales support.
