Polyc 500L Vacuum High Speed Dispersing Mixer Machine for Paint

The nominal working capacity is 500 liters per batch (model name Polyc 500L). Actual usable volume depends on formulation and operating fill level.

It is designed for paints and related chemical products — including coatings, inks and many chemical dispersions. Compatibility should be confirmed for aggressive or specialty chemistries.

The vacuum system removes trapped air and volatile gases during mixing, improving degassing, reducing foam and entrapped bubbles, and producing more stable, higher-quality dispersions.

The machine is powered by a 22 kW drive. Voltage options available are 120V, 220V, 380V and 440V — please specify the required supply and phase (single- or three-phase) when ordering.

Frequency conversion (VFD) allows stepless control of shaft speed so you can precisely adjust shear and dispersing intensity to match formulations, improving consistency and reducing waste.

Yes — the Polyc 500L includes additional milling capabilities to help further reduce particle size and enhance dispersion quality. Specific milling configuration can be selected based on product requirements.

Wetted parts and major structural components are constructed from SUS304 stainless steel. Other materials or higher grades (e.g., SUS316) may be available on request for corrosive applications.

Core components include the high-speed motor, gearbox, pressure/vacuum vessel, pump, PLC control system, bearings and other mechanical elements required for reliable operation.

SUS304 surfaces are smooth and corrosion-resistant, facilitating cleaning. CIP (clean-in-place) options and hygienic design features can be supplied. Regular maintenance (lubrication, seal checks, bearing inspection) is recommended.

The mixer is equipped with PLC-based controls for repeatable recipes and operation, and includes standard industrial safety features such as emergency stop, safety interlocks and guards. Exact safety configuration can be confirmed at order.

Yes — the product comes with a machinery test report and video outgoing inspection to document performance and condition prior to shipment.

Single package dimensions are approximately 120 x 90 x 180 cm and the single gross weight is about 1,100 kg. Final shipping dimensions/weight depend on accessories and packing.

Yes — options include different voltage/phase configurations, material upgrades, jacketed vessel for heating/cooling, enhanced milling heads, automation levels and other accessories. Discuss your process needs to get a tailored configuration.

Installation typically requires a suitable level foundation or mounting, correct electrical supply, compressed air and utility connections as applicable. Supplier installation and commissioning support can be arranged.

Warranty terms and after-sales service (spare parts, technical support, field service) are provided by the supplier; please request the specific warranty period and service package details when inquiring.
