Plastic Crusher Machine for pp Pet Ps Sheet Recycle

The machine is designed to crush a variety of sheet plastics including PP, PET, PS and PVC. It also works with PE and mixed sheet scrap commonly found in plastic production and recycling facilities.

Maximum production capacity is up to 1000 kg/h. Actual throughput depends on material type, sheet thickness, feeding method and operating conditions.

The standard motor power is 37 kW. Voltage options include 220V, 380V or customized voltages to suit your local supply—please specify when ordering.

Overall dimensions are 1750 mm (L) x 1500 mm (W) x 2500 mm (H). The machine weight is approximately 1 tonne (1 t).

Final particle size depends on blade configuration and any installed screen. The machine can be supplied with different blade/screen options or customized to meet your required output size—contact the supplier for available configurations.

Routine maintenance includes checking and tightening fasteners, lubricating bearings and moving parts, inspecting and sharpening/replacing blades as needed, and keeping the feed and discharge areas clean. Follow the supplier's maintenance checklist for recommended intervals.

Yes. Consumable parts such as blades, screens and bearings are available. It is recommended to keep a small stock of blades and critical wear parts to minimize downtime.

Yes. A video of outgoing inspection and a machinery test report are provided with the machine to verify performance and condition prior to shipment.

Standard safety features typically include emergency stop switches, feed guards and protective covers. Specific safety configurations can be added to meet local regulations—please discuss required options when ordering.

Installation and commissioning policies vary by supplier. The machine is compact but requires a stable foundation and qualified personnel for electrical hookup and commissioning. Contact the seller to arrange installation services or detailed installation instructions.

Operating noise depends on feed conditions and material. Noise-reduction measures include installing acoustic enclosures, vibration isolation pads and providing operators with hearing protection. Suppliers can advise on mitigation options.

Yes. Voltage can be customized (220V/380V or other), and the crusher can be adapted with different blade sets, screens, feed systems or infeed conveyors to suit specific production needs.

The machine is supplied with a machinery test report and outgoing inspection video. Additional certificates (e.g., CE, ISO) can often be provided on request depending on the manufacturer—ask the supplier which certificates are available for your market.

Pricing and lead times depend on configuration, optional accessories and shipping destination. Contact the supplier with required specifications (voltage, blade/screen options, target capacity) to receive a formal quotation and delivery schedule.

Typical applications include recycling PP/PET/PS sheets in manufacturing lines, processing scrap sheet plastics for reuse, reducing waste in plastic production facilities and pre-processing material for downstream recycling equipment.
