Plastic Bags Making Machine

The machine is designed to produce T-shirt style shopping bags (carry bags). It can also produce similar single-layer PE shopping/retail bags when using appropriate film and tooling.

Rated speed is 100–350 pieces per minute, depending on bag size, film thickness and production settings.

At the rated speeds the output ranges roughly from 6,000 to 21,000 bags per hour. Actual hourly output will vary with bag length, downtime for roll changes and machine settings.

Electrical requirement is 220V with total installed power of 16 kW. The machine also requires an air supply—specification lists a 10 HP air compressor (confirm local compressor requirements with the supplier).

External dimensions are 6500 x 1350 x 1800 mm and the machine weight is approximately 2300 kg.

The machine is intended for standard PE films used for T-shirt shopping bags (HDPE/LDPE/LLDPE). For best results, consult the supplier for recommended film grades, thickness range and roll core specifications.

The machine is described as easy to operate and uses PLC control for production settings. Most suppliers provide operator training and an operation manual; confirm training and commissioning options when ordering.

Core components include motor, pressure vessel, pump, PLC, gears, bearings, engine and gearbox. The machine is built for durability with industrial-grade parts; the supplier should provide a machinery test report for quality assurance.

Yes — the machine can be adjusted for various bag sizes and configured with different tooling and settings. For custom sizes, printing, gussets or special features, discuss your requirements with the manufacturer so they can specify tooling and any additional options.

Typical maintenance includes regular cleaning, lubrication of moving parts, checking belts and rollers, blade inspection/sharpening or replacement, and periodic inspection of gears and bearings. Follow the supplier’s maintenance schedule for service intervals.

Most reputable suppliers offer after-sales support, spare parts and technical assistance. Confirm lead times for critical spare parts and whether local support or remote troubleshooting is available.

The machine typically comes with standard safety features such as emergency stop, safety guards and interlocks. Ask the supplier for the full list of safety protections and certifications to ensure compliance with local regulations.

Yes — the product description states the machine comes with a machinery test report. You can request a factory acceptance test, videos of production runs, or third-party inspection prior to shipment.

Given the machine weight (~2300 kg) and size, it will be shipped on a pallet/crate and may require special handling. Confirm packing method, shipping dimensions, customs documentation and on-site unloading requirements with the supplier or freight forwarder.

Contact the machine supplier with your required bag size, film type and expected production capacity. Request a formal quote that includes lead time, warranty terms, commissioning/training and spare parts packages. Warranty policies vary by manufacturer, so verify coverage and duration before purchase.
