High speed dryer machine is widely used for plastic flakes drying like pet flakes drying. It is the ideal equipment for large and medium-sized plastic cleaning plants.

Working principle:
High speed dryer machine uses spiral, push up, separation and dehydration, automatically feeds and discharges materials at one time, and the drying degree is as high as 98%. It is suitable for polyester sheets, cable sheaths, wire pipe materials, etc. More than 1 ton per hour capacity for hard flakes.
Main Functions and Features:
1: Wide range of applications and can be used for high-speed dewatering of all kinds of heavy materials, floating materials,
plastic particles and other articles. Dehydration rate of 98%.
2: The body of this horizontal dehydrator is welded with all carbon steel, which is firm and durable. Inside screen mesh is
stainless steel.
3: Automatic drying material does not require artificial reclaim.
4: It's suitable for kinds of plastic material like PET, ABS, PP, PE etc..
5: Energy saving, efficient dehydration, automatic extraction and dehydration function, saving labor and improve production.
