Paper Product Making Machinery

The machine produces white jumbo paper rolls suitable for converting into A4 and other office paper products. It can also manufacture a variety of paper products depending on downstream converting equipment and paper specifications.

It accepts virgin pulp and various waste paper grades for recycling. Specific waste paper types (e.g., office paper, newsprint, cardboard blends) should be confirmed with the supplier to optimize pulping and quality.

The machine is designed for eco-friendly production and supports recycling of waste paper. However, pulping and paper making produce wastewater that typically requires an onsite effluent treatment system. Due to the machine size and weight, a reinforced concrete foundation with anchor points and level surfaces is required. Detailed foundation drawings and civil requirements will be provided during the engineering phase so local contractors can prepare the site.
