Original Roche Clinical Analytical Instrument Immunoassay System Analyzer for Biochemistry Analysis

This listing describes the Roche cobas e 411 immunoassay analyzer — a clinical analytical instrument for biochemistry and immunoassay testing. It is intended to provide accurate, efficient test results in clinical and research laboratory settings, and features a user-friendly interface and online technical support.

The product is described as the original Roche cobas e 411 analyzer. Buyers should verify authenticity by checking the unit’s serial number, firmware, and manufacturer documentation with Roche or an authorized distributor before purchase.

The cobas e 411 is designed for a wide range of immunoassays used in clinical diagnostics and research, including hormone assays, tumor markers, cardiac markers, infectious disease serology, and routine biochemistry-related immunoassays. Confirm the specific assay menu with the manufacturer or distributor.

The analyzer is primarily used with serum and plasma samples for most immunoassays. Some assays may have specific sample requirements—always follow the assay instructions for sample type, collection, and handling.

The system typically uses Roche proprietary reagents, calibrators, and controls. Using genuine, manufacturer-approved consumables is recommended to ensure assay accuracy and to maintain warranty and service agreements.

Calibration and QC must be performed per the manufacturer’s instructions and laboratory accreditation requirements. Routine use of manufacturer calibrators and QC materials, documented QC runs, and periodic performance verification are recommended.

Regular cleaning, preventive maintenance, and periodic performance checks are required. Many labs purchase a service contract for scheduled maintenance and repairs. Online technical support is available; on-site service is typically provided by Roche or authorized service partners.

Exact space, power, ventilation, and environmental conditions are provided in the manufacturer’s installation manual. Generally, the analyzer requires a stable electrical supply, appropriate bench or floor space, adequate ventilation, and a controlled laboratory environment. Confirm site requirements before delivery.

Yes — cobas analyzers commonly support data connectivity and integration with LIS and middleware. Compatibility and configuration depend on site software and interfaces; verify supported protocols and set-up requirements with the supplier.

Operator training is recommended and typically available from the seller, distributor, or manufacturer. The product listing notes online technical support, and many providers offer on-site or virtual training for workflow, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

The instrument is listed as Class II, indicating compliance with certain regulatory safety and reliability standards. Laboratories must also follow biosafety procedures for handling clinical specimens, electrical safety guidelines, and local regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Warranty terms and spare-part availability vary by seller and region. Confirm warranty length, coverage, and availability of replacement parts and consumables with the vendor or an authorized Roche service provider prior to purchase.

Perform a visual inspection for damage, verify serial numbers and documentation, power up according to the manual, run manufacturer self-tests, and perform acceptance testing with calibrators and QC materials. Request service documentation and previous maintenance records when buying used units.

The cobas e 411 is designed for routine clinical laboratory use and can operate for extended periods, but continuous performance depends on proper maintenance, reagent supply, and workload. Schedule preventive maintenance and have contingency plans for critical testing to minimize downtime.

For technical support and service, contact the seller/distributor listed with your purchase or Roche’s authorized service representatives. The product listing indicates online technical support is available; confirm local contact points and service response times before purchase.
