Orchard 400L Automatic Sprayer Remote Control Air-Driven

The sprayer has a 400-litre tank capacity, suitable for covering large areas between refills.

Air-driven means the sprayer uses an air-assist/air-atomization system (driven by the sprayer's motor/engine) to produce fine, uniform droplets for efficient coverage and better penetration into crop canopies.

The included remote control enables wireless start/stop and control of spraying functions for precise application and safer operation from a distance. Exact remote functions and range should be confirmed in the user manual or with your dealer.

Core components include the motor/engine, pump, gears and associated control systems. These are designed for heavy-duty agricultural use and long service life.

It is suitable for crop spraying on farms, pest control, weed management, and applying liquid fertilizers and nutrients. It's designed for large-area coverage in agricultural and retail ag settings.

The unit is built for high productivity and fast coverage of large areas. Actual productivity will depend on nozzle choice, pressure, ground speed and crop conditions.

Manufacturer-specified weight is approximately 600 kg. Single item package dimensions are listed as 190 x 110 x 150 cm. Confirm exact shipping weight and dimensions with your supplier before transport.

The sprayer is intended for farm use and can be configured for tractor mounting or trailed setups depending on model and dealer options. Check with your dealer for specific mounting kits and compatibility.

The Orchard 400L supports a variety of nozzles and adjustable spray settings to produce different droplet sizes and patterns. Select the nozzle and settings appropriate for the target pest, crop and weather conditions.

Rinse and flush the tank, hoses and pump after each use, inspect and clean filters and nozzles, check pump and drive components for wear, and follow the manufacturer's maintenance schedule. Use recommended cleaning agents for the chemicals used.

Wear appropriate PPE for the chemicals being applied, follow chemical label instructions, ensure the remote safety/kill features are functional, avoid spraying in high winds, and secure and lock controls during transport.

Durable components are used, and replacement parts and service are typically available through the RY dealer network. Contact your supplier for parts availability, service plans and warranty details.

Yes — it is suitable for applying pesticides, herbicides and liquid fertilizers. Always follow chemical compatibility guidelines and clean the system between different products.

Wind can cause drift and reduce application accuracy. Use larger droplet sizes, lower boom heights, or spray during calmer periods to minimize drift. The air-assisted design helps reduce drift compared with conventional sprayers, but operator judgment is still required.

Before transport or storage, drain and clean the tank and lines, secure all components and the remote, protect electrical connections from moisture, and store in a dry, sheltered location. Follow the user's manual for winterization if freezing temperatures are expected.
