Product Description:

The MY250 is a manual precision surface grinder designed for flat, accurate grinding of metal workpieces in tool rooms, machine shops, and small-to-mid scale manufacturing operations. With a maximum table surfacing size of 500250mm and a max stroke of 560260mm, it accommodates a solid range of workpiece sizes for general precision grinding work.

The grinding head runs a Ø2002031.75mm wheel (WA46K5V) at 2850 r/min, with 450mm of clearance from the table surface to spindle center. Table longitudinal travel is stepless from 3–20 m/min, while horizontal feed offers both continuous (600mm/min) and intermittent (0–5mm/stroke) modes, with fine handwheel control down to 0.02mm per grid horizontally and 0.01mm per grid vertically — giving the operator precise control for fine finishing passes.

Powered by a 1.5kW spindle motor and a 1.5kW hydraulic motor (working pressure 3MPa, 80L oil tank, 18L/min max flow), the machine delivers reliable, consistent performance. It achieves a parallelism of 300/0.005mm and a surface roughness of Ra 0.32μm, making it well suited for precision finishing applications.

The MY250 comes standard with a coolant tank, magnetic chuck, balancing arbor, wheel flange and extractor, leveling wedges and bolts, a tool box with tools, a standard grinding wheel, working lamp, and a wheel dresser stand with diamond pen — everything needed to get grinding right out of the crate.

Key components include an in-house manufactured spindle, a 4kW/50Hz Class B spindle motor, HT-250 cast iron body, a 600*300mm permanent magnetic chuck, Siemens electrical components, 7206CP4 bearings, and a Taiwan-brand hydraulic valve system with cooling fan — built for durability and long-term precision.
