MX3515A Woodworking Fully Automatic Finger Joiner Finger Joint Shaper Machine

The MX3515A is used to produce high-precision finger (comb) joints for woodworking applications such as furniture, cabinets, wood paneling and other joinery where long, strong glued joints are required.

Yes. The MX3515A is a fully automatic finger joiner designed to automate cutting and shaping processes for consistent, repeatable joints and increased production efficiency.

Key specs: hydraulic power source; voltage options 220V or 380V; total power 14.75 kW; weight approx. 550 kg; required air pressure 0.6 MPa; max working thickness 150 mm; max working width 510 mm; spindle diameter 40/50 mm; overall dimensions 3100 × 1450 × 1550 mm.

Yes. A video of outgoing inspection and a machinery test report are provided with the machine to verify performance and condition before shipment.

You will need the correct mains voltage (220V or 380V), a compressed air supply capable of 0.6 MPa, sufficient floor space and a level, load-bearing foundation for the machine weight (approx. 550 kg), and access for lifting equipment for installation. Confirm exact electrical wiring and grounding requirements with the supplier or installer.

The machine uses a hydraulic power source and includes core components such as the motor and pump. For detailed plumbing or external hydraulic requirements, confirm with the supplier during ordering.

The MX3515A is designed for solid wood and engineered wood products within the machine's limits: maximum thickness up to 150 mm and maximum width up to 510 mm. Material type and moisture content will affect cut quality; perform test cuts for new materials.

Regular maintenance includes cleaning chips and dust, checking and topping up hydraulic oil, replacing hydraulic and air filters, lubricating moving parts as specified in the manual, inspecting and sharpening/replacing cutters, and checking fasteners and safety devices.

Operators should use the machine's guards and emergency stop, wear appropriate PPE (safety glasses, hearing protection, dust mask), keep hands and loose clothing away from cutters, and follow lockout/tagout procedures during maintenance. Ensure training before operation.

Yes. Replacement cutters, wear parts, and service components are available—contact the supplier or manufacturer to order specific spare parts and confirm part numbers and lead times.

Basic operation, maintenance and safety training is typically offered by the supplier—confirm training scope (onsite, remote, or manuals) when placing your order.

The machine dimensions are 3100 × 1450 × 1550 mm and weight about 550 kg. Note: the listed single package size (40×30×20 cm) and single gross weight (15 kg) likely refer to accessory boxes or documentation. The machine will be crated and shipped on pallets; heavy lifting equipment is required for unloading.

Use the provided video outgoing inspection and machinery test report as initial verification. You can also request on-site demonstration, sample cuts on your material, or a third-party inspection prior to acceptance.

Warranty terms and after-sales support vary by supplier. Ask the seller for specific warranty duration, coverage details, availability of technical support, spare parts supply and service response times before purchase.

Contact the manufacturer or authorized distributor listed on the product page. They can provide pricing, lead times, optional extras (conveyors, conveyors, special cutters, control upgrades), and OEM or customization options based on your production needs.
