Multiforce Swing Arm Shoe Sole Die Cutting Press Machine Other Shoemaking Machines

It is used to cut and form shoe soles and other footwear components with high precision. It is suitable for mass production in shoe factories, custom shoemaking, repair shops, footwear design studios and teaching labs.

Key specs include weight 1030 kg, working table size 1000 × 500 mm, arm width 500 mm, brand TAIWEI. Core components include engine, bearings, gearbox, motor, pressure vessel, gears and pump. Machinery test report and outgoing inspection video are provided.

The machine is designed for a wide range of shoe materials including rubber, EVA, TPU, leather, cork and many composites used in sole production. Material suitability can vary by die and thickness—confirm with the supplier for specific materials.

It accepts standard die-cutting tooling used in shoe production (steel rule dies, punch dies, and custom dies). For special tooling, provide die dimensions and requirements so the supplier can confirm compatibility.

The press is engineered for high cutting precision suitable for producing consistent, accurate soles. Final precision depends on the die quality, material properties and correct machine setup.

You will need a suitable flat, load-bearing floor and lifting equipment to position the ~1030 kg machine. Electrical connections and hydraulic/pneumatic hookups (if applicable) should be arranged per the supplier's instructions. The supplier can provide detailed installation requirements.

Electrical specifications (voltage, phase, frequency, power rating) are not listed here. Please request the detailed electrical data from the supplier or your local TAIWEI representative to ensure compatibility with your site.

Routine maintenance includes lubrication of moving parts, periodic inspection of bearings, gearbox and pump, checking fasteners, replacing worn dies or cutting edges, and following the supplier's maintenance schedule to extend service life.

Yes — the product listing notes engineers are available for overseas service. Core components (engine, bearings, gearbox, motor, pump) are standard items, and the supplier can advise on spare parts availability and lead times.

Training options are typically available. Because the supplier provides overseas engineers and service, on-site commissioning and operator training can usually be arranged—confirm scope and cost with the supplier.

Specific safety features can vary by configuration. Most presses include emergency stop controls, safety guards and lockout procedures. Always confirm the exact safety equipment on the unit and follow local safety regulations and PPE requirements.

Throughput depends on die complexity, material, setup time and operator skill. The machine is built for high productivity in factory settings; contact the supplier with sample jobs for a production estimate tailored to your process.

Warranty terms are determined by the supplier and should be confirmed before purchase. The listing indicates after-sales support with overseas engineers; ask the supplier for warranty duration, coverage details and service response policies.

Many manufacturers offer customization and accessories (special dies, tooling, automation options). Discuss your specific needs—material types, production rates, automation or safety upgrades—with the supplier to learn available options.

Contact the supplier or authorized dealer and provide required details (desired machine configuration, destination, electrical specs and sample materials). The supplier can provide quotes, lead times, machinery test reports and outgoing inspection videos as noted in the product listing.
