MT971 Fully Automatic Vertical Shoe Making Machine No Glue Shoe Sole Sewing Equipment for Shoemaking

The MT971 is a fully automatic vertical shoe making machine designed to produce high-quality shoe soles without using glue. It streamlines shoemaking with robust core components (engine and gearbox) and simple controls for efficient production.

No. The MT971 is specifically designed for glue-free sole production, using an integrated bonding process built into the machine (contact the supplier for details on the exact bonding method for specific materials).

Key specs include 220V voltage, machine weight approximately 400 kg, single package size 66 x 86 x 174 cm, single gross weight about 450 kg, and core components are an engine and gearbox.

The machine is suitable for a wide range of shoe sole types. For compatibility with specific materials (e.g., rubber, EVA, TPU or composites), please consult the supplier with your material specifications.

The machine is fully automatic and typically requires one trained operator for loading/unloading, setup and monitoring. More staff may be needed for high-volume workflows.

Requires a stable, flat floor able to support the machine (approx. 400–450 kg). Electrical requirement is 220V. Allow additional working space beyond the packed dimensions (66 x 86 x 174 cm) for safe operation and maintenance.

The machine is designed for easy use with simple controls, but the supplier typically offers installation guidance and operator training—confirm availability at purchase.

Routine maintenance includes periodic inspection and lubrication of mechanical parts (engine, gearbox), checking fasteners, keeping operating surfaces clean, and replacing worn components as needed. Follow the supplier's maintenance schedule.

Yes—spare parts and after-sales support are available. Contact the supplier or manufacturer (MingTeng) for parts availability, pricing and lead times.

Operators should follow standard machine safety: wear appropriate PPE, ensure guards are in place, follow lockout/tagout procedures for maintenance, and only allow trained personnel to operate the machine. Refer to the operator manual for full safety instructions.

Yes. A machinery test report and a video of the outgoing inspection are provided with the machine to verify performance prior to shipment.

Packed size is 66 x 86 x 174 cm. Allow additional clearance around the machine for loading/unloading, maintenance and safety—typically at least 0.5–1 m on each side. Confirm exact operational footprint with the supplier.

The product listing indicates a machinery test report and inspection video are provided. For specific certifications such as CE or ISO, please request certificate copies from the supplier.

Single package dimensions are 66 x 86 x 174 cm and the single gross weight is approximately 450 kg. Shipping method and cost depend on destination—verify with the seller.

Contact the supplier/manufacturer (MingTeng) with your production requirements, desired sole materials and order quantity. They will provide quotations, lead times, customization options and information on warranties or service contracts.
