The MST-500A is a high-speed automatic liquid packing machine designed for sachet filling and sealing of liquids such as water, juice, oil, and other fluid products. Built with liquid contact parts in stainless steel 304, the machine ensures hygienic handling suited for food and beverage applications. It processes film widths of 100–320mm at a thickness of 0.04–0.08mm, forming sachets with a length of 50–150mm and width of 40–150mm, giving flexibility across different product formats.
The machine runs on AC220V, 50Hz (60Hz available), drawing a total power of 1.6KW — an efficient setup for continuous production runs. With overall dimensions of 8807601800mm and a weight of 275kg, it's built as a compact standalone unit suited for small to mid-scale liquid packaging operations.
