Yes, it is designed for outdoor use. However, long-term performance depends on correct installation, proper maintenance, and local climate. Protective finishing, a suitable base, and winterizing measures are recommended in harsh climates.

Typical requirements include a level, load-bearing base (concrete pad or compacted aggregate), proper clearance and ventilation for the stove (especially wood-burning), chimney or flue installation per code, and access for delivery and service. Use a qualified installer and check local building/fire codes.

Capacity depends on the chosen size and interior layout. The product range includes different diameters and lengths—contact the supplier for specific dimensions and recommended occupancy for each model.

Regular maintenance includes cleaning and draining the tub, applying a suitable exterior wood finish or oil per the wood species, inspecting and servicing the stove and chimney, replacing seals or gaskets as needed, and covering or winterizing the unit in freezing conditions.

Follow safety guidance: maintain proper stove clearances, install chimney and heat shields where required, use temperature limits and timers on the control panel, ensure good ventilation, and follow carbon-monoxide and fire-safety recommendations. Always follow the supplied user and installation manuals.

The product includes a 10-year warranty. Warranty typically covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Specific terms, exclusions (e.g., misuse, improper installation, normal wear), and claim procedures should be confirmed with the seller or warranty documentation.
