Product Description
The JWS200D Vehicle-Mounted Deep Drilling Rig is a mobile drilling solution designed for deep drilling operations in construction, geological exploration and related industrial applications. Combining a vehicle-mounted chassis with a powerful drilling system, the machine offers convenient transportation, mobility and efficient drilling performance across different working environments.
The drilling rig features a drilling diameter range of 100–300 mm and a maximum drilling depth of 200 metres. Its 2.6-metre tower and 14-ton lifting force provide support for demanding drilling operations, while the adjustable slewing speed of 45–130 RPM and slewing torque of 5,500–6,500 N·m enable effective drilling performance under varying ground conditions.
Powered by a 45 kW Hengtong main engine, the drilling system accommodates drill rods with diameters of 60/76 mm and lengths of 2 metres. The vehicle-mounted design features rear-wheel drive, a 1.5L engine and a 5-speed manual transmission, allowing the machine to travel at speeds of 30–40 km/h.
Its compact vehicle-mounted configuration makes the JWS200D suitable for drilling contractors and operators requiring a mobile drilling machine with substantial drilling depth and lifting capacity.
