Mobile Phone Case Printing Machine Local Suppliers of Phone Case Printer for Rental Use

This is a leasing project for a mobile phone case printing vending machine (brand: Funvending) designed for rental use in public venues. It's ideal for entrepreneurs, venue operators, schools, supermarkets, cinemas, parks and clubs who want to offer on‑demand custom phone-case printing.

The machine uses high‑quality inkjet printing with CMYK + White (W) inks to produce vibrant, full‑color and opaque prints suitable for light and dark cases.

It can print on common case substrates including TPU, silicone and PC (polycarbonate).

The internal storage capacity is up to 276 phone cases. Ink cartridges are 250 ml per piece.

Dimensions are 980 x 935 x 2200 mm. Single package size is 120 x 120 x 220 cm and gross weight approximately 390 kg. It supports 110 / 220 V power supplies; confirm local plug type and circuit capacity before installation.

You need a stable, level floor area with enough clearance for the footprint and door access, a dedicated 110/220 V outlet, and space for customer interaction. Because of the machine's weight and package size, plan for forklift or multiple people for placement and removal of shipping packaging.

Most local suppliers include basic on‑site or remote setup training and operator instruction as part of the lease; confirm exact terms, response times and any additional support packages with the supplier.

Regular tasks include printhead cleaning, occasional nozzle checks, replacing 250 ml ink cartridges, and replenishing phone case stock. Suppliers often offer consumable packages and preventative maintenance plans—ask about availability and pricing.

The machine features a large 32‑inch touchscreen interface designed for easy operation and guided printing workflows so customers can select or upload designs and complete transactions with minimal staff involvement.

Supported formats and upload methods vary by model and supplier; machines commonly accept common image formats (JPEG/PNG) and may support USB, SD or online uploads. Confirm exact file size, resolution and color profile recommendations with your supplier.

There are generally no special printing permits required, but you should confirm local business licensing, venue permissions and intellectual property rules for custom artwork. Follow supplier safety guidelines for electrical connections, ink handling and routine maintenance.

The unit is built for vending/rental use with a durable metal/acrylic/plastic body; for unattended locations we recommend placing it in supervised areas, using venue CCTV, and discussing optional physical security features or monitoring solutions with the supplier.

Warranty and service inclusions depend on the lease agreement—many local suppliers bundle limited warranty, spare parts and remote troubleshooting into lease packages. Always review contract details for coverage scope, response times and parts/labor terms.

Time to profitability depends on location, foot traffic and pricing. Common strategies include per‑print pricing, bundle deals, and event promotions. Work with your supplier to model expected throughput and set prices appropriate for your market; some operators break even within months in high‑traffic venues.

Contact the local supplier to discuss lease duration, monthly payments, delivery logistics, installation and end‑of‑lease options (renewal, purchase or return). Confirm who handles transportation, setup, deinstallation and any restocking or refurbishment fees.
