Product Description:

This mobile crusher plant is a complete, trailer-mounted crushing system designed for on-site aggregate production in mining, quarrying, demolition, and construction material processing. Built around a PE750×1060 jaw crusher driven by a 110kW dual-motor setup, the unit delivers a maximum processing capacity of 200 tonnes per hour, making it suitable for medium-to-large scale crushing operations that need mobility between job sites.

Material feeding is handled by a GZD4211 vibrating feeder (15kW motor), ensuring a steady, controlled material flow into the crusher. The crushed output moves through a B1000×8m electric feeding belt (11kW) and a B800×10m electric discharge belt (7.5kW), giving the system efficient material handling from intake to stockpile. An RCYD-8 magnetic separator (2.2kW) is integrated into the line to remove tramp metal from the material stream, protecting downstream equipment and improving output quality.

The entire plant is mounted on a heavy-duty trailer chassis with an 11,000mm frame length, 6m³ hopper, and dual-axle (16T) standard wheel track (1840mm), with an 8mm+ thick plate assembly for structural durability during transport and operation. A hydraulic system (SYB-3 pump with tubing and control valve) supports plant setup and adjustment, while the electrical system features a PLC-controlled cabinet with soft-start for the VSI and direct start for auxiliary machines, at a total installed power of 137kW — giving operators reliable, centralized control over the full crushing line.
