Introduction:
The WSR 800 Series Smart Glass Installation Robot is an innovative glass installation equipment developed by our company. It combines the functions of gripping, walking, lifting, tilting, and rotation automatically. Ideal for installing glass curtain walls, glass windows, aluminum decorative panels, prefabricated concrete walls, marble, and other panels on building exteriors or floors.
Compared to traditional glass cranes, the WSR 800 series is compact, agile, and multi-functional. It features distance measuring and anti-tip safety devices, and can be operated by a single person using a wireless remote. Powered by two large-capacity batteries, it can work for 6-8 hours continuously. This machine is versatile, as it can also enter engineering lifts for installing glass curtain walls indoors, significantly improving operational efficiency and safety.
WSR800L features a max 4.6M extensible load arm with 8 vacuum pads, lifting up to 800kg of glass. The machine allows the glass to tilt, rotate, and move laterally, ensuring precise installation.
The WSR800LA adds even more intelligent and accurate positioning features, enabling it to handle difficult angles and special-shaped glass installations.
Usages: Mainly used for handling, moving, and installing glass, marble, tiles, and other large panels.
