Product Description

Products Description

In the inclined plate, the ore particles with different density and particle size are subjected to friction, centrifugal force,

gravity, media buoyancy.Hydrodynamic force, medium resistance and the action of the sorting groove produce cyclic motion, forming a large degree of looseness and density. The minerals settle down, and the light minerals continue to move up, producing stratification, and then are discharged respectively by the effect of hydraulic power, and become fine Mine and tailings

Gold panning (centrifugal gold sorting machine) Main features:

1, high recovery rate, high enrichment ratio.

2, the machine is small, light, easy to operate, mobile.

3, can be multiple combination, the product has been serialized, there are pedal type, diesel engine drive type, and AC electric type, if the river is more pebbles, can be equipped with electric vibrating screen machine to remove large pebbles.

4, if the mud content is too high, before the mine desilting and grading, the more uniform the grading, the better the

beneficiation effect.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the main function of the mini gravity gold centrifugal concentrator?

The main function of the mini gravity gold centrifugal concentrator is to separate gold and other minerals from ore based on their density and particle size through centrifugal force and gravity.

What is the power requirement of the mini gravity gold centrifugal concentrator?

The mini gravity gold centrifugal concentrator requires a power of 11KW to operate efficiently.

What is the capacity of the concentrator?

The concentrator has a capacity of 56 liters.

How fast does the drum rotate?

The drum of the mini gravity gold centrifugal concentrator rotates at a speed of 120 revolutions per minute (r/min).

What are the main features of this gold separating machine?

The main features include a high recovery rate, high enrichment ratio, compact and lightweight design, easy operation, and mobility. It can also be combined with other equipment.

Can the concentrator handle materials with high mud content?

Yes, if the mud content is too high, it is recommended to desilt and grade the mine before processing for better beneficiation results.

Is the concentrator easy to transport?

Yes, the machine is designed to be small and light, making it easy to transport and operate in various locations.

What types of drive options are available for this machine?

The mini gravity gold centrifugal concentrator is available in multiple drive options including pedal type, diesel engine drive type, and AC electric type.

How does the machine achieve stratification of minerals?

The machine uses a combination of friction, centrifugal force, gravity, media buoyancy, hydrodynamic force, and medium resistance to create cyclic motion, leading to the stratification of minerals.

What is the diameter of the drum used in this concentrator?

The drum diameter of the mini gravity gold centrifugal concentrator is 700mm.

Can the concentrator be combined with other equipment?

Yes, the concentrator can be combined with other equipment such as electric vibrating screen machines to enhance its capability, especially in areas with more pebbles.

What kind of packaging does the product come with?

The product is packaged in a wooden crate to ensure safe transportation.

What is the expected recovery rate of this concentrator?

The concentrator is designed to achieve a high recovery rate, though specific rates can vary depending on the material being processed.

Who can operate the mini gravity gold centrifugal concentrator?

The concentrator is easy to operate and can be used by individuals with minimal training in mining and mineral processing.

What materials can be processed with this machine?

The machine is primarily designed for processing gold and other heavy minerals from ore, particularly those with varying densities and particle sizes.
