Manual Side Lasting Shoe Making Machine Technology for Shoemaking Machines

It is a manual side lasting machine from YUTAI designed for precise, durable shoe lasting. It's suitable for beginners, experienced shoemakers, small-scale production, repairs, prototypes, and training.

Net weight: 60 kg. Packing gross weight: 85 kg. Packing dimension / single package size: 700 x 570 x 1160 mm (70 x 57 x 116 cm).

No electrical power is required for the manual operation itself; however the machine uses an air pressure system and requires a compressed air supply.

Recommended air pressure is 0.2–0.4 MPa (approximately 2–4 bar). Ensure a stable, clean, dry air source and appropriate fittings.

It is compatible with a variety of materials commonly used in footwear, including leather, PU, PVC, synthetic fabrics and canvas. Compatibility may depend on material thickness and shoe design.

Yes — the machine is designed to be user-friendly for beginners, though hands-on practice or brief training is recommended for best and consistent results.

Ideal uses include custom shoe making, small-batch production, shoe repair, sample and prototype production, and shoemaking education.

Throughput depends on operator skill, shoe complexity and workflow. It's best suited for low-to-moderate volumes, custom work and sample runs rather than high-volume mass production.

Keep the machine clean, regularly lubricate moving parts as recommended by the manufacturer, inspect and tighten fasteners, check air lines and valves, and replace worn components promptly.

Wear appropriate PPE (gloves, eye protection), keep hands clear of moving parts, disconnect the air supply before maintenance, and follow any safety guidelines provided in the manual.

Spare parts and technical support are typically available through the manufacturer or authorized distributors. Contact YUTAI or your supplier for spare parts, service and authorized service centers.

Plan for handling a packed weight of 85 kg and the package dimensions (70 x 57 x 116 cm). Use appropriate lifting equipment or assistance. Install on a stable workbench, secure the machine, and connect a filtered compressed air line per specifications.

The machine is designed to handle a range of shoe styles; specific adjustments and fixtures may be needed for certain last sizes or complex designs. Check with the supplier for available adapters or customization options.
