Manual One Color Flexographic Printer on Paper Board and Cardboard Box

It is designed for paper board and cardboard boxes, including corrugated cartons and wallboards up to 40 mm thickness.

The base model prints one color. Optional configurations are available to support up to 6 colors (multi-station setup).

Maximum print width is 1,300 mm (print dimension).

Linear print speed is up to 60 m/min. Depending on box size and workflow, the machine can produce up to approximately 60 pieces per minute at maximum working speed.

It uses a manual chain feeder. Operators load and position the board manually; the chain feeder conveys substrates through the print station, making it suitable for small-to-medium runs and jobs requiring frequent changeovers.

The unit uses water-based inks. Drying requirements depend on ink formulation and substrate—ensure adequate drying time or drying/curing equipment as needed for your workflow.

Voltage options listed are 220 V, 380 V, 415 V, and 440 V. Confirm the correct voltage and phase (single- or three-phase) for your region with the supplier before purchase or installation.

Overall dimensions are 4800 x 4800 x 2000 mm (L x W x H). Machine weight is approximately 12 tonnes—plan for appropriate floor capacity and handling equipment for delivery and installation.

Recommended printing plate thickness is 4 mm. Registration (tinted) precision is about 0.5 mm; follow supplier guidance for plate mounting and alignment.

Routine maintenance includes cleaning ink rollers, anilox or metering elements, inspection of the chain feeder and drive components, lubrication of moving parts, and periodic plate/roller checks. Frequency depends on usage—daily cleaning and scheduled preventive maintenance are recommended.

Yes. It is suitable for various corrugated paperboard thicknesses (up to the specified 40 mm) and can print on different box formats. Adjustments may be required for very thin or specialty substrates.

For multi-color setups the operator performs manual registration adjustments at each station. Fine registration capability is approximately 0.5 mm, so careful setup is needed for tight multi-color registration.

Common consumables include water-based inks, printing plates, cleaning solvents, doctor blades/anilox rollers (if applicable), and wear items for the chain feeder. Source spare parts and consumables from the supplier for compatibility.

Installation and operator training policies vary by supplier. Contact the vendor to arrange on-site installation, start-up assistance, and operator training or request documentation and manuals.

Follow manufacturer safety instructions and local regulations: ensure operators are trained, use appropriate personal protective equipment, lock out power for maintenance, keep guards in place, and confirm emergency stops and safety interlocks are operational. Consult the product manual and supplier for full safety features and recommendations.
