Bread Slicing and Cream Filling Machine

The DI-100 automatic quantitative filling machine is an advanced machine that can accurately quantify and automatically fill semi-fluid ingredients. It can be used for core filling of bread, cakes, puffs, and so on; also, can be used for batter filling of cupcakes, donuts, bread, etc. The digital display setting system makes dosing easy, fast and accurate. The mode switch button makes it easy to switch back and forth between dosing mode and continuous filling mode. Three types of control including: foot (hand held) control, photoelectric induction control and external signal control make this machine even more operable. The DI-100 Automatic Dosing Machine is suitable for a wide range of products by changing the discharge head.

The injection accuracy is affected by the following factors:
