Manual Clay Interlocking Block Making Brick Machine Machinery

A hand-operated machine that produces interlocking clay/earth blocks without baking. It compresses raw clay soil into durable, interlocking blocks using interchangeable moulds and a manual mechanism.

It is designed for clay, soil and earth mixes. The exact suitability depends on the local soil composition; many soils can be used either directly or after simple soil grading/additives as recommended by the supplier.

No. The unit is manually operated and does not require electricity or fuel for the moulding cycle.

The moulding cycle is 40 seconds. That equals 3/2 cycles per minute or 90 cycles per hour. Actual block output per hour = cycles per hour × number of block cavities in the selected mould (for a single-cavity mould this is about 90 blocks/hour).

It produces interlocking blocks. Standard 'normal' sizes are available, and moulds can be customized to produce different block dimensions and multi-cavity layouts upon request.

No. This is a baking-free machine. Blocks are compacted and then cured (air/water curing) rather than fired in a kiln.

Cure times depend on climate and soil. Generally, newly made blocks are kept shaded, stacked to allow airflow, and periodically misted or kept damp until they gain sufficient strength—commonly several days to a few weeks depending on conditions. Follow supplier-specific curing guidance for best results.

One trained operator can operate the press, but production is often most efficient with one operator and one or two helpers for feeding soil, removing and stacking blocks.

The machine weighs 550 kg. It is described as having a design for mobility relative to similar equipment; it can be moved with a small trailer, forklift or lifting gear but is not hand-carriable.

Regular maintenance includes cleaning soil from moulds and moving parts after use, lubricating bearings and pivots, checking and tightening bolts, and inspecting mould surfaces for wear. Follow the supplier maintenance schedule for longevity.

Common spare parts include moulds, seals, springs, levers and fasteners. Moulds are replaceable and customizable. Check with the supplier for availability of spare parts and lead times.

A flat, stable working surface with good drainage; sheltered area to protect fresh blocks from rain and sun; storage for raw material and cured blocks; and space for stacking and drying blocks.

Use basic PPE (gloves, safety boots, eye protection), ensure stable footing, keep hands clear of moving parts during operation, secure the machine during transport, and follow training/supplier safety instructions.

Suitable for building homes and residential structures, walls and fences, pathways and roads, and for eco-friendly and affordable housing projects where baking-free blocks are acceptable.

Specifics vary by supplier. The machine is designed to be easy to operate, but supplier-provided installation support, operator training and warranty/spare-parts packages are typically available—confirm details with your vendor before purchase.
