Maize Shelling Machine Soybean Sheller Machine Maize Sheller Thresher Corn Thresher Machine

It is a multifunctional thresher designed for corn/maize, soybeans, wheat and many other small grains and legumes. It can also be used for seed cleaning and feed preparation for animal husbandry and aquaculture.

Rated production capacity is 1000–1500 kg/hour. Actual throughput depends on crop type, moisture content and feed rate.

The standard electric version uses a pure-copper single‑phase motor (rated 3 kW). There are also configurations that can be powered by external diesel or gasoline engines.

Weight: 75 kg. Dimensions: 1100 × 450 × 1000 mm.

It uses an axial-flow drum threshing system. Benefits include gentle but effective threshing, high separation efficiency, lower grain breakage and easier adjustment for different crops.

The machine features adjustable air volume and a separation system to remove chaff and impurities. Manufacturer specs report very high separation efficiency and a claimed purification rate up to 100%; real results vary with crop condition and operator settings.

Adjust drum clearance, change or clean sieves/screens, regulate air volume/blower speed, and control feed rate. Always refer to the operator guide for recommended settings per crop.

Daily: clean sieves, remove debris, inspect for foreign objects. Weekly: check and tighten bolts, inspect belts and bearings, lubricate moving parts. Periodic: replace worn sieves, belts or threshing components and test motor/drive systems.

Keep guards in place, wear appropriate PPE (gloves, eye and hearing protection), shut down and disconnect power before maintenance, keep bystanders away from moving parts and ensure stable mounting on a level surface.

Check for high grain moisture (dry grain threshes better), verify drum clearance and sieve condition, clear blockages in feed or discharge, ensure air volume is properly set and inspect for worn or damaged parts.

Yes. Its multifunctional design and adjustable settings make it suitable for scientific research, small-scale trials and mixed-crop farms.

Standard electric drive (single‑phase motor) is available; the machine can also be driven by compatible diesel or gasoline engines depending on the chosen configuration and supplier options.

At 75 kg it is portable enough to be moved by two or more people or light equipment. Install on a firm, level surface, secure mounting points if provided, and follow local electrical/fuel connection requirements for the selected power option.

Spare parts like sieves, belts, bearings and motor components are typically available through the supplier. Contact the vendor or dealer for warranty, parts availability and after‑sales service details.

Yes. It can thresh and clean grains for use in animal feed or aquaculture. Adjust settings for desired grain/seed condition and remove any foreign material to meet feed quality needs.
