The LS-A4 is an automatic four-cavity blow moulding machine designed for producing PET bottles from 50 ml to 2.0 litres. Its theoretical output is 5,500 bottles per hour for 500 ml water bottles and 3,000 bottles per hour for 2,000 ml water bottles.
The machine uses four servo drives for preform feeding, movement, mould clamping and stretching. A micro PLC controller and touch-screen interface support straightforward operation, remote monitoring and customisable operating languages. The modular design saves space while helping to reduce maintenance and replacement-part costs.

The LS-A4 has 60 kW installed power, adjustable across its heating zones, and uses 45 kW during operation. It requires compressed air at 4.8 m³/min, with working pressure below 1.0 MPa and blowing pressure up to 3.0 MPa. The main machine measures 4.5 × 2.0 × 2.0 m and weighs 3,800 kg.
