Low 0.75p/1.5p/2.0p/3.0p/5.0p Fuel Station Red Jacket Submersible Turbine Pump for Fuel Transfer

It is designed for fuel transfer at gas and service stations and is suitable for common petroleum fuels such as gasoline, diesel and kerosene. Verify chemical compatibility with seals and elastomers for specialty fuels or additives before use.

Models are offered in multiple power ratings listed in the product name (0.75p, 1.5p, 2.0p, 3.0p and 5.0p). Actual power (kW) and performance depend on the chosen variant—the specification sheet shows 1.1 kW which corresponds to the 1.5 HP style model. Confirm exact model specs with the supplier when ordering.

Maximum flow rate is up to 240 L/min. Actual flow will vary by model, pump head/pressure and installation conditions; request the performance curve for precise numbers at a given head.

Available voltages are 220V 50Hz and 380V 50Hz. Verify whether the 220V is single‑phase or three‑phase and whether the 380V option is three‑phase for the specific model you purchase.

The standard cable length supplied is 3 meters. Longer cables or custom lengths should be requested from the vendor.

The product description does not list intrinsic safety or ATEX/IECEx certification. Because the pump is used with flammable fuels, installation should comply with local hazardous‑area regulations and use an appropriately certified (explosion‑proof) motor and electrical components if required. Ask the manufacturer/seller for certification documentation before installation.

This is a submersible-style turbine (screw) pump intended to be mounted into the fuel tank or sump. Ensure the inlet has sufficient clearance from the tank bottom, the cable is routed safely, the unit is properly grounded/bonded, and intake filtration is fitted. Follow the manufacturer’s installation manual and local code requirements.

Regularly inspect and clean inlet strainers/filters, check seals and cable integrity, torque electrical connections, and inspect for wear on rotating components. Avoid running the pump dry and remove debris or water contamination promptly. Follow the maintenance schedule in the product manual.

This screw/turbine pump is designed for low‑viscosity liquid fuels and is not intended for pumping large solid particles or heavily viscous fluids. Strainers or filters are recommended to prevent debris ingress.

The listing gives a maximum flow (240 L/min) but does not publish head or Q–H curves. Request the detailed performance curve and pump head specifications from the supplier to size the pump for your application.

The product is sold as a single pump unit. Hoses, dispensing nozzles, fittings, filters, and other accessories are typically sold separately—verify with the vendor what is included and what must be purchased separately.

Yes—the unit is described as portable for use in mobile operations and temporary fueling. Exact weight and lifting/handling points are not listed—ask the supplier for weight and transport instructions.

The listing does not specify warranty terms. Censtar is the listed brand; contact the seller or manufacturer for warranty details, recommended spare parts (seals, impellers, motors) and local service support.

Yes. Use proper grounding/bonding to prevent static build‑up, install suitable circuit protection (breaker/fuse), ensure the motor and control gear meet hazardous location requirements, and follow local fuel‑handling safety codes. Train personnel on safe fueling procedures and emergency shutdown.
