2.By using aditional attachments to grind extremely cylindrical surface and taper work piece,flat surface and slot.

3.The machine works well in cutter making factory,tool shop,repair shop and small and medium scale machine plants.

 

CNC type

 

1. The machine adopt SIEMENS 802C two axes CNC system and the AC servo motors.
2. The series machine are specially suitable for grinding various tools in tungsten carbide and other materials. Such as kings of milling cutters. reamers. lather tools. planning tools and flat surface.
3.The matal is removed by electrochemical decomposition plus some abrasive action to increase rigid productive capacity.
4.It has the functions of universal cutter grinder.
5.We can manufacture universal electrolytic tool and cutter grinding machine for customers not to equip CNC system.
6.Worktable adopts pre-load close precision ball guide. This machine has fashional and reasonal structure, excellent appearance and reliable accuracy.
