LOM Semi-automatic Manual Sealing and Cutting POF PP Film Machine Automatic Thermo Shrinking Wrapping Packing Machine for Box

A semi-automatic POF/PP film sealing and cutting machine designed to seal and cut shrink films for wrapping boxes, books, cosmetics and other products. It combines cutting and sealing in one unit and is intended to be used with a heat-shrink tunnel for finished shrink-wrapped packs.

Semi-automatic means an operator places the product and initiates the sealing cycle; the machine then performs the sealing and cutting automatically. For shrinking, the sealed package is subsequently passed through a heat-shrink tunnel (sold/used separately or integrated into a production line).

The machine is compatible with common POF and PP shrink films. For best results, use films recommended by the supplier and confirm the appropriate film thickness and specifications for your product before purchase.

The machine can process up to 20 pieces per minute. Actual throughput depends on product size, operator skill, packaging method and shrink tunnel settings.

The machine operates on 220V (electric driven). Ensure a properly grounded supply and check local voltage compatibility if ordering from another region.

Overall dimensions are 1370 mm (L) × 690 mm (W) × 1100 mm (H). Weight is not specified; ask the supplier for shipping weight if required.

Yes. The product is designed to be used in combination with a heat-shrink machine (shrink tunnel). The supplier confirms functionality with shrink tunnels; a separate tunnel is required to complete the shrink-wrapping process.

Suitable for boxes, books, cosmetics, small electronics, food and beverage items, snacks, confectionery and other packaged goods that can be wrapped in POF/PP film.

The machine is designed to be user-friendly and easy to operate. Basic operator training is recommended. Routine maintenance includes keeping sealing areas clean, checking cutter condition, and periodic lubrication as per the operator manual.

Yes — the supplier provides spare parts and after-sales support. Contact the seller to confirm availability of specific spare parts, recommended spares list, and service options for your region.

Products include a machinery test report and a video outgoing inspection on request, showing the machine in operation before shipment.

MOQ is 1 set. Current supply ability is approximately 5 pieces per month; lead time will depend on order size and manufacturing backlog—confirm current lead time with the supplier when ordering.

Machines are packed in wooden crates for export to protect the equipment during transport. Shipping arrangements and freight options should be discussed with the supplier.

The machine includes standard safety design elements; operators must follow the user manual, use appropriate personal protective equipment, ensure proper electrical grounding, and follow lockout/tagout procedures for maintenance. Ask the supplier for specific safety feature details and certifications.

Basic operation guidance is typically provided; many suppliers offer remote or on-site training packages. Confirm training options (manuals, videos, on-site instruction) with the seller before purchase.
