Liquid Nitrogen Freezing Machine Automatic Shrimp Freezing Tunnel MachinE

It is a tunnel-style liquid nitrogen (LN2) freezing system designed for rapid freezing of shrimp and other food products. The machine is automatic, offers high productivity, and is built with durable materials (SS304) for use in food processing plants.

The machine's rated cooling capacity is 1000 kg/h. Available capacity configurations range from about 500 kg/h up to 3000 kg/h depending on model and customization. Final throughput depends on product size, load density and freezing parameters.

The listed 50 W typically refers to electrical power for control systems or certain motors; the primary freezing power comes from liquid nitrogen rather than electric refrigeration. Confirm exact electrical consumption and motor ratings with the supplier for your chosen configuration.

Yes. Voltage is customizable to match local electrical standards. When requesting a quote, specify your required voltage and frequency so the unit can be configured accordingly.

Core components include engine, gearbox and motor. Product-contact and structural parts are made from stainless steel (SS304) for corrosion resistance and hygienic cleaning suitable for food processing.

Yes. Besides shrimp, the tunnel freezer is suitable for various seafood, fruits, vegetables and snack foods. Freezing parameters should be adjusted for different products to achieve optimal quality.

A machinery test report is provided and the supplier supplies a video of outgoing inspection demonstrating machine operation and sample freezing. Additional factory acceptance testing can be arranged on request.

Liquid nitrogen can cause severe cold burns and oxygen displacement in confined areas. Ensure adequate ventilation, use appropriate PPE (cryogenic gloves, face shield), provide oxygen sensors in enclosed spaces, train staff on LN2 handling and have emergency procedures in place.

LN2 consumption depends on product type, load, desired core temperature and process speed. The supplier can provide estimated LN2 usage once you provide product details and operating conditions.

Site requirements typically include a level foundation, sufficient floor space (single package size 210 x 120 x 150 cm for a packaged unit), proper electrical supply per configuration, safe LN2 supply and ventilation. The supplier can provide installation drawings and offer on-site commissioning and operator training.

SS304 surfaces allow hygienic cleaning. Regular cleaning involves removing product residues, washdown with food-safe detergents and sanitizers, and periodic inspection of conveyor and seals. Follow the supplier's maintenance schedule for gearbox, motor, and safety valves and replace consumables as recommended.

Yes. Spare parts for core components (engine, gearbox, motor) and wear items are available. The supplier typically offers technical support, spare parts kits and maintenance guidance—confirm lead times and parts lists when ordering.

The machine is offered with CE and ISO certifications. You can request copies of certification documents from the supplier for your records and regulatory compliance.

Units are shipped as single items; a typical single package size is 210 x 120 x 150 cm with a gross weight around 1200 kg. Final packaging and shipping method will depend on model and destination and can be arranged by the supplier or freight forwarder.

Contact the supplier (brand: Genyond) with your required capacity, desired voltage, intended product(s), and delivery address. The supplier will provide a tailored quote, lead time, terms of warranty and options for installation, training and spare parts. Warranty terms vary by order—confirm details before purchase.
