How it works：

The main component of the wet energy-saving lattice ball mill is a cylinder with a small diameter and a large length, which rotates slowly through the transmission device, and the material is fed from the feeding end of the cylinder, and the material is crushed due to the falling impact and self-grinding of the steel ball and the ore itself in the cylinder. Due to the continuous feeding of materials, the pressure causes the materials in the cylinder to move from the feeding end to the discharge end. The material that has reached the particle size of the finished product is discharged from the discharge end of the cylinder. During wet grinding, the material is carried out by the water flow; During dry grinding, the material is carried out by the air flow. The energy-saving ball mill equipment has a discharge lattice at the discharge end, and the mill relies on the grating plate to force ore discharge, and the slurry surface in the cylinder is low, which reduces the over-grinding of ore and prevents the steel ball from being discharged. Under the same production conditions, the production capacity is higher than that of overflow mills. Rolling bearings are used at both ends of the cylinder instead of sliding bearings, which saves significant energy.

 

Product Structure：
 

The energy-saving ball mill equipment is composed of feeding department, discharging department, rotary department, transmission part (reducer, small transmission gear, motor, electronic control) and other main parts. The hollow shaft is made of steel castings, the lining can be replaced, the slewing gear is processed by casting gear hobbing, and the cylinder is inlaid with a wear-resistant lining plate, which has good wear resistance. This machine runs smoothly and works reliably.
